TopCashback offers a free browser extension for desktop browsers (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Firefox, also Safari on macOS).
Once installed, when you visit a retailer’s website TopCashback supports, the browser‑extension icon can “pop up” or flash to notify you there’s a cashback offer available. You then click “Activate Now” to enable cashback for that purchase.
You don’t always need to start on the website — with the extension you can go directly to the retailer’s site and still trigger cashback (as long as the retailer participates and is tracked by the extension).

You can use discount codes or vouchers with TopCashback — but only if the codes are published/advertised on TopCashback itself (i.e. from their site).
If you use a code that is not listed on TopCashback, there’s a risk your cashback will be rejected. Their T&Cs explicitly warn that voucher codes not obtained via TopCashback are likely to result in cashback being declined.
Because of that, if you see a promo code on an external coupon site or provided by a retailer directly — it may invalidate the cashback. TopCashback recommends contacting support first if you’re unsure.
