To claim your free Elmlea block:

1. Open the promotional form here.

2. Enter your full name and either your email or mobile number.

3. You’ll receive a text or email containing a link to your coupon.

4. Activate the coupon — once you do, you have 30 minutes to redeem it.

5. Go to a Tesco store (in-store only, not online) and pick up the Elmlea Creamy & Buttery Block Salted 250g.

6. At the till, scan your Tesco Clubcard and then show your coupon to get £1.75 off (making it free).
