On That Ass FAQs
Is ON THAT ASS really free?
Yes. Your first pair of boxer shorts is free and delivery is included. After receiving them, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. If you cancel within this period, you pay nothing and can keep your free pair.
How do I cancel ON THAT ASS?
Log in to your ON THAT ASS account, go to Subscriptions, select Pause or cancel subscription, and follow the cancellation steps. You'll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
Can I cancel ON THAT ASS before being charged?
Yes. Your 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your first free pair. Cancel within this period and you won't be charged for the subscription, and you can keep the free boxer shorts.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No. ON THAT ASS doesn't charge a cancellation fee. Outside the initial 14-day cooling-off period, however, the standard subscription has a one-month notice period, so at least one further payment and delivery may apply.
How much is ON THAT ASS after the free trial?
If you continue your membership after the cooling-off period, it costs £12.99 per month, with a new pair of boxer shorts delivered each month. Delivery is included.
When will my free boxer shorts arrive?
ON THAT ASS says your first free pair should arrive within approximately 4–7 working days after registering.
Can I pause my ON THAT ASS subscription instead?
Yes. You can pause your subscription through your account for between one and three months. ON THAT ASS applies a one-month processing period to pauses, so another payment and delivery may still occur before the pause begins.
How does the 1+1 FREE promotion work?
Sign up during the promotion and you'll receive your first pair of boxer shorts free. If you remain a member, you'll receive an additional free mystery pair with your next delivery. If you cancel during the initial 14-day cooling-off period, you keep your first free pair but won't receive the additional promotional pair.
