Earn up to £525 Switching to Nationwide as a Couple

Nationwide’s latest switching offer provides a £175 cash bonus for new and existing customers. The deal applies to both personal and joint accounts, making it particularly attractive for couples, as they could earn up to £525 by switching both accounts. To qualify, you must switch using the Current Account Switch Service from another bank, move over two active direct debits, and deposit at least £1,000 into the new account within 31 days. Additionally, you must use the debit card at least once within that time.

If you’ve previously switched and received a bonus from Nationwide since 18th August 2021, you're ineligible for this deal. However, if you’ve only switched one type of account (personal or joint), you can still earn the bonus by switching the other.

Once you’ve completed the switch and met the requirements, you’ll receive the cash bonus within 10 days. It’s important to note that this offer requires the closure of your old bank account. You can set the switch to occur within 28 days, but it must be done through online or mobile banking, as branch and phone-based services are excluded. There’s no announced end date for this promotion, but it’s wise to act quickly to ensure eligibility.
