To secure your free itsu treat:

Step 1: Download the itsu app and sign up for an account.

Step 2: Wait up to 24 hours for your free voucher to load onto your account.

Step 3: Visit any of the 75+ itsu stores and scan your app at the kiosk or till to redeem.

💡 You’ll get a tray of 8 gyoza or 3 bao buns completely free, no catch. The voucher is valid for 90 days from sign-up, and you have until 9th March 2026 to claim it.
