How to claim this offer
- 1
Head to the Jetpac Eterna page here and check that you're eligible for the free lifetime travel eSIM.
Eterna is currently available to eligible customers in the UK, US, Australia, Canada, Germany and Singapore.
- 2
Enter your details to claim your free Eterna eSIM.
You only need to redeem Eterna once – Jetpac says the eSIM itself is valid for life.
- 3
Download the Jetpac app and log in using the same email address you used when claiming the offer. Your Eterna eSIM should appear in your account ready to install.
- 4
When travelling abroad, you'll get 100MB of free data on eligible trips, with up to four eligible trips per year.
Eligible trips must be at least 2 months apart. Once your 100MB runs out, Jetpac says you can continue using WhatsApp, Google Maps, Uber and Grab without purchasing a data pack, subject to its terms and technical conditions.
