FAQ’s

Yes — DIBZ is closing. According to their own website notice: the service will stop operating in the UK on 30 October 2025 at 23:59. They announced a final “withdrawal-only” window, allowing users to withdraw funds until 30 November 2025.
So if you have any balance, winnings, or free-bet tokens, you should withdraw or redeem them before that date. After closure, the app will no longer operate and unclaimed balances may be lost (or, as stated by DIBZ, potentially donated).
-
DIBZ is a simplified betting/bingo-style app focused on football matches. Users select pre-built “tickets” (similar to bingo cards) for upcoming football games rather than dealing with traditional odds and complex betting markets.
Tickets can be free (using free or bonus tokens) or paid (typically small stakes, e.g. £2) to participate.
Each ticket lists a number of events (e.g. goals, corners, red cards, passes, shots — depending on the match and ticket type). To win, all the events on the ticket have to occur during the game.
Winnings (if successful) are paid in cash.
The app also offers free weekly tickets (tokens) to users during the football season, giving regular chances to play without spending.
-
Partially, yes. DIBZ offers free tokens weekly (or via some promotions/referrals), which allows users to play without depositing or paying.
However, users also have the option to buy tickets (typically with a small stake, e.g. £2) to play (and win potentially bigger cash prizes).
Like many betting apps, you can use it without spending — but there is also the paid option for those who wish to stake real money.

DIBZ is established and licensed. For UK customers, the gambling is handled by a regulated entity (PPB Counterparty Services Limited) — licensed under the UK Gambling Commission.
-
Before closure: DIBZ customer service could be reached via their official social channels (e.g. on X — @DIBZ_help) for support.
After 30 November 2025: for complaints or issues, DIBZ indicated you can contact their parent group’s other brands (e.g. Paddy Power or Betfair) to request handling of outstanding cases.
