Start the switch online, via the banking app, or in the internet bank - Be sure to select the option to switch your old bank account (it will be closed as part of the process)

Complete your switch within 28 days. Once the switch begins, you’ll need to do the following within 31 days: Deposit at least £1,000 and make a debit card purchase
