Once your account is verified, head to ‘pay rent’ and enter your landlord or housing associations bank details and reference.* Note: If you pay rent to a Housing Association, their bank details will normally be on your rent agreement or even their website. Also, you’ll need to put some kind of unique ID into the payment reference box - typically this should be your customer/account number with the HA. This is so the HA can link your payment to your rental account.

Send your rent from your personal current account to your Ribbon account. Ribbon will automatically send the rent to your landlord/Housing Association with the details provided in step 2.* Your money gets paid to Griffin Bank which is FCA regulated.

You will instantly receive 2500 points which can be used to select a £25 gift card of your choice from retailers like Amazon, Asda, Nandos, John Lewis, Deliveroo etc. You will also receive 1% cashback on your rent.
