How to claim your £100

Sign up here – Enter your name and email, then click ‘Get your gift card’ to begin.

Follow the email to get an online quote. You’ll then receive a follow-up phone call to set up your life insurance policy. Previously the cheapest plans were £5/month, but Vitality now requires a £25+/month policy to qualify.

Once your policy is active, you’ll receive an email from Vitality with a reward link. Enter your membership number to confirm. If you don’t receive the email, revisit the original referral page on desktop and enter your details again.

After 3 months, you’ll receive your £100 Amazon or John Lewis voucher.

You can cancel your life insurance policy after receiving the voucher if you no longer wish to continue.
