Got a few One4all gift cards with leftover money on them? You can now combine eligible balances yourself through the One4all app using the new One4all+ card.

This is particularly useful if you’ve ended up with a few pounds scattered across different cards. Instead of trying to spend each balance separately, you can bring them together onto one digital card.

You’ll need the latest version of the app, a One4all account and identity verification to get started. One4all+ is being rolled out in phases, so it may not appear for everyone straight away.

What’s changed?

Previously, combining One4all balances meant contacting customer support to arrange a manual merge. One4all’s older guidance described a maximum combined value of £120 and a fee for that service. It wasn’t something you could simply do yourself in the app.

That could be a right faff when you just wanted to use up several small balances.

One4all+ gives you a way to combine eligible gift cards directly in the app, making it easier to keep track of your money and spend it from one card.

For example, if you have £3.25, £6.50 and £12 left on three eligible cards, combining them gives you £21.75 on one One4all+ card.

How to combine your One4all balances

1. Download or update the One4all app

If you already have the app, check that you’re using the latest version.

Open the App Store or Google Play Store, search for One4all and open the app’s store page. If an Update button appears, tap it before reopening the app.

On iPhone, look for One4all Gift Cards. On Android, look for One4all Digital Wallet.

You need the app to set up One4all+; this feature isn’t available through your account on the One4all website.

2. Sign in and add your gift cards

Sign into your One4all account, or create one if you haven’t already.

Make sure the cards you want to combine are showing in the app. Claimed digital and Chip & PIN cards should appear automatically, while physical cards can be added directly.

You must have at least one active One4all gift card in the app to be eligible for One4all+.

3. Follow the prompts to set up One4all+

Look for the One4all+ option and follow the instructions to claim your digital card.

You’ll need to confirm your identity. One4all may ask for a valid passport or driving licence. If it already holds valid identity verification for you, you shouldn’t need to repeat it.

4. Select the balances to combine

Follow the app’s transfer prompts to choose the eligible cards.

The entire remaining balance of each selected card transfers to One4all+. Once complete, the original cards show £0 and the transferred funds are available immediately.

Check your new balance before making a purchase.

5. Add One4all+ to Apple Pay or Google Pay

Follow the prompts in the app to add your One4all+ card to Apple Pay or Google Pay for spending at participating retailers.

What if One4all+ isn’t showing?

First, check the app’s store page for an update.

If you’re already using the latest version and still can’t see the option, One4all says the feature is being rolled out in phases. Its advice is to check again in a few days.

Are there limits on combining cards?

Yes. One4all currently lists these restrictions:

RestrictionLimit
Cards combined in one transferUp to 10
Cards combined per yearUp to 20
Balance on an individual card being transferredNo more than £1,500
Total funds loaded per yearNo more than £3,000
Reloadable One4all cardsNot eligible

These limits mean you may not be able to combine every card you own.

You can only combine cards in the same currency. UK pound balances and euro balances cannot be merged together. The currency of your One4all+ card depends on your app’s region settings.

Does One4all+ charge fees?

There’s no fee listed for combining balances or normal spending. However, these fees can apply:

  • 90p per month after 18 months without adding funds. Each reload restarts the 18-month fee-free period; spending alone doesn’t.
  • £7.50 for redeeming funds to your bank account, unless an exemption applies.
  • £5 for a replacement card in some circumstances.

Where can you spend the combined balance?

Check the One4all retailer directory before shopping. It shows participating retailers and which accept online payments.

Combining balances doesn’t make One4all+ usable everywhere. It remains a digital gift card for participating retailers. For online purchases, your card details are available in the app.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine small leftover balances?

Yes, eligible remaining balances can be transferred. This makes the feature useful for bringing together small amounts that are awkward to spend separately.

Can I transfer just part of a card’s balance?

No. You transfer the full remaining balance of each selected card.

Can I add another gift card later?

Yes. Add the eligible card to the app and transfer its balance to your existing One4all+ card, within the loading limits. New gift card balances don’t move across automatically.

Can I combine physical and digital cards?

One4all’s guidance allows physical cards to be added to the app and says claimed digital and Chip & PIN cards appear automatically. Reloadable cards are excluded.

Do I need to contact customer support?

You can combine eligible balances yourself once One4all+ is available in your app. If a transfer won’t work, check the eligibility rules and loading limits, or visit One4all’s help centre.
