DIBZ Is Closing Down: What To Do

Table of Contents

As announced by DIBZ themselves, the platform will cease operations on Thursday 30 October 2025 at 23:59 (UK time).
This means if you have any cash balance or leftover tokens, you should act now to withdraw and use them before the service goes offline.

    What’s happening:

    • DIBZ has posted a public notice that the business has made the decision to shut down.

    • Following shutdown, you will no longer be able to log in to play, withdraw rewards, or use tokens.

    • The countdown is real — time is limited for users to extract any remaining funds or tokens.

    What you should do now:

    1. Log in to your DIBZ account and check your cash wallet balance.

    2. If there are funds available, initiate a withdrawal as soon as possible. According to DIBZ’s FAQ, all customers with remaining balances are advised to withdraw their funds.

    3. Check any token or reward credit in your account — for example tokens you use for bingo or promotional play. Use them before the closing date, as once the platform shuts down you’ll lose that access.

    4. Keep records: take screenshots or save confirmation emails of your withdrawal request and account status, in case you need to follow up.

    5. Once the shutdown time passes (30 Oct 2025, 23:59), avoid assuming you’ll be able to access your account, tokens or rewards afterwards.

    Why this matters:

    • If you leave funds or tokens unused, they may become inaccessible once the platform shuts down — you effectively lose them.

    • Platforms closing down sometimes handle remaining balances or tokens differently; but the safest assumption is use it or lose it.

    • Even if the amounts are small, they matter — and getting what you’re owed is entirely within your rights.

If you are a DIBZ user, don’t leave it to the last minute. Withdraw any cash and redeem or use leftover tokens before the clock runs out. Once the service is closed, the access ends.
Having your account cleared, withdrawal confirmed and tokens used up (or cashed out) will give you peace of mind and avoid any unpleasant surprise.
