How to Claim Your Bonus

Why Do You Have to Link a Card?

DUSK uses card linking to track eligible purchases and award reward points automatically.

According to DUSK, linking your card does not authorise it to charge you. Card details are tokenised through its card-linking provider, Fidel.

If you buy anything separately at the bar, you still pay for that purchase as usual. The linked card allows eligible spending to earn points. DUSK’s help page also says online payments, such as ordering through a venue’s website, don’t qualify.

Is DUSK Worth It?

We think DUSK is worth checking before a night out, particularly if you have participating bars nearby. A free drink is a useful saving, and the app could help you discover somewhere you wouldn’t normally visit.

The biggest limitation is availability. You’re choosing from the drinks and venues shown in the app, so don’t assume your usual pub will be included or that every night will have a suitable offer.

Our verdict: Download it, check the local offers and use it when it fits your plans. We wouldn’t spend extra just to earn points, but a free drink somewhere you already want to visit is an easy win.
