My Time Rewards Review: 25% Off Days Out, 2 for 1 Spa Deals & 10% Cashback
Table of Contents
What is My Time Rewards?
My Time Rewards is a subscription-based cashback and leisure rewards programme operated by Webloyalty, the company behind programmes including Complete Savings and NX Rewards.
The difference is that My Time Rewards has a much stronger emphasis on:
travel
entertainment
leisure
attractions
experiences
days out
My Time Rewards currently advertises a minimum 10% cashback on eligible purchases and access to more than 200 retailers. Members can earn up to £250 cashback per calendar month.
It also has a dedicated Days Out benefit, which is where things get particularly interesting.
My Time Rewards Days Out
The Days Out offer lets members claim money back on qualifying UK attractions and activities even when the tickets haven't necessarily been purchased through the standard My Time Rewards cashback portal.
There are essentially two different offers.
1. Get 25% cashback on eligible days out
My Time Rewards offers cashback on eligible tickets for UK attractions and experiences contained within its Days Out categories.
The programme's own promotional material describes this as 25% savings on eligible experiences, while its formal terms confirm that cashback can be earned on attraction and activity tickets purchased either online or offline.
This is a big difference from ordinary cashback sites.
You aren't necessarily choosing between a handful of named attraction partners.
Instead, the activity needs to fall within one of My Time Rewards' qualifying Days Out categories.
What activities qualify for My Time Rewards Days Out?
The current Days Out categories cover a surprisingly wide selection of activities.
Wildlife
Aquariums
Horse riding
Safari parks
Zoos
Culture & sightseeing
Historic places
River cruises
Theme parks
Museums are also included but qualify for the separate 2 for 1 offer rather than the standard 25% cashback deal.
Wellness
Spas
Thermal baths
These fall under the 2 for 1 Days Out offer.

Billiards
Escape rooms
Labyrinths

The key thing isn't necessarily the company you're buying from — it's whether the activity itself falls within an eligible Days Out category.
If you're planning an expensive attraction or unusual experience, however, we'd recommend confirming eligibility with My Time Rewards before paying.
Example: get 25% cashback on a zoo visit
Imagine a family trip to a qualifying UK zoo costs:
£120
If the purchase qualifies for the 25% Days Out cashback benefit:
Ticket cost: £120
25% cashback: £30
Effective cost: £90
The My Time Rewards terms say the Days Out offer is available for one family per claim, with a family defined as two adults and two children.
The offer only applies to the eligible entry ticket value, so extras such as food, parking, accommodation or other charges shouldn't be assumed to qualify.
2 for 1 spa days and museums
This may be the best benefit of all.
My Time Rewards offers 2 for 1 admission for qualifying spa and museum tickets in the UK.
The official terms say both tickets must:
be bought at the same time
be used at the same location
be used on the same occasion
The attraction does not necessarily need to provide its own My Time Rewards discount code.
You book your eligible tickets and then claim the My Time Rewards benefit afterwards.
Example: £100 back on a spa booking
Suppose you're booking a spa day for two.
Person one: £100
Person two: £100
Total: £200
If the booking meets the 2 for 1 conditions, you could potentially claim:
£100 back
making the effective cost:
£100 for two people
That is equivalent to a 50% saving.
For an expensive spa booking, this is considerably stronger than the normal 10% cashback offered by most of the programme.
Is there a maximum Days Out claim?
Days Out cashback contributes towards My Time Rewards' normal £250 cashback limit per calendar month.
So you couldn't claim unlimited 2 for 1 spa visits in a single month.
For example, if you had already earned:
£190 regular cashback
you would only have:
£60 remaining
before reaching the £250 monthly cap.
This is particularly important if you're also making large purchases through My Time Rewards in the same month.
Days Out tickets must be single-day tickets
My Time Rewards specifies that the Days Out benefit applies to single-day tickets.
Multi-day tickets and ongoing courses aren't eligible.
That means something such as:
✓ One-day theme park admission
could potentially qualify.
But:
✗ Multi-day theme park pass
✗ Membership
✗ Ongoing activity course
wouldn't qualify under the standard Days Out rules.
How to claim My Time Rewards Days Out cashback
Unlike ordinary online cashback, the Days Out benefit requires you to submit a claim.
Step 1: Book the activity
Book an eligible attraction or experience in the UK.
Tickets can be bought either online or offline.
Step 2: Keep your receipt
You'll need proof of the purchase.
Step 3: Attend the activity
The claim deadline runs from the date of your visit.
Step 4: Submit the Days Out Benefit Claim Form
Log into My Time Rewards and submit the Days Out Benefit Claim Form.
Alternatively, send your purchase confirmation to:
daysout@mytimerewards.co.uk
Step 5: Submit it within 30 days
My Time Rewards requires the claim to be submitted within 30 days of your visit.
Your email should contain:
your name
My Time Rewards membership number
purchase amount
payment method
name and address
purchase confirmation/receipt
My Time Rewards currently says emailed supporting documents for this particular claim should be no larger than 500KB.
Once approved, the cashback appears within your Amount Available balance.
How to sign up to My Time Rewards
This is probably the strangest part of the programme.
There isn't generally a straightforward public signup journey where you simply visit My Time Rewards and create an account.
My Time Rewards itself says new customers should look out for a My Time Rewards banner while shopping online with one of its retail partners.
One of the more reliable routes we've seen is through another Webloyalty programme.
Sign up through Complete Savings
You may receive a My Time Rewards enrolment offer immediately after signing up for Complete Savings.
This means one possible route is:
Step 1: Trigger a Complete Savings signup invitation.
Step 2: Complete the Complete Savings registration.
Step 3: Look for a subsequent My Time Rewards signup offer.
We've explained the current Complete Savings signup methods in our separate NX Rewards & Complete Savings guide.
The My Time Rewards popup isn't guaranteed, so don't make an unnecessary purchase solely on the assumption that you'll receive it.
Toolstation signup method
Another signup route that has been reported is through Toolstation.
Customers have reported receiving the Webloyalty signup sequence after buying something through Toolstation, with My Time Rewards subsequently being offered.
If you're already buying something from Toolstation, it's worth looking for any cashback or rewards banners after checkout.
Again, the offers displayed after a transaction can change, so there is no guarantee a specific retailer will always trigger the same enrolment journey.
Can you have My Time Rewards and Complete Savings?
Potentially, yes.
They are separate memberships with separate:
accounts
membership fees
cashback balances
monthly rewards
£250 monthly cashback limits
This is actually one of the more interesting aspects for heavy cashback users.
If you have access to both programmes, your theoretical cashback capacity could be considerably higher than relying on one programme alone.
However, always check the membership terms offered to you when joining because Webloyalty's conditions and eligibility rules can vary between accounts.
Do you need to claim both Monthly Bonuses separately?
Yes.
If you're paying for both Complete Savings and My Time Rewards, they are separate memberships.
Each has its own Monthly Member Reward, so each reward needs to be claimed.
My Time Rewards currently describes its Monthly Member Reward as a bonus equal to the membership fee, allowing active members to effectively compensate for their subscription cost each month.
Could the same purchase work for both memberships?
Potentially.
If a retailer is eligible under both programmes and the purchase satisfies the Monthly Member Reward conditions attached to both of your accounts, a single underlying purchase may potentially provide the evidence required for each membership.
You would still need to make a separate Monthly Member Reward claim through each account.
However, don't assume this works automatically.
Your own Membership Pack determines which purchases qualify for the Monthly Member Reward.
My Time Rewards Monthly Member Reward
The Monthly Member Reward is effectively the mechanism that can offset your subscription fee.
The official My Time Rewards FAQ says the bonus is equal to your membership fee.
You need to make a qualifying purchase each calendar month and then claim the reward.
Its standard terms say this will normally be:
a purchase from the retailer through which you joined
or
another purchase permitted by the conditions displayed within your Earnings page or Membership Pack
So, just as we've seen with Complete Savings, your individual membership conditions matter.
Can the Monthly Reward work with any retailer?
Sometimes.
My Time Rewards' official terms don't promise this universally.
They say the monthly reward can be claimed against the retailer you joined through or as otherwise specified within your account.
Some members appear to receive much more flexible memberships allowing them to claim against a wider range of My Time Rewards retailers.
After signing up:
Open Earnings.
Find the Monthly Member Reward.
Read the qualifying purchase requirements.
Follow those conditions rather than relying on somebody else's account.
How to claim the Monthly Member Reward
After making your qualifying purchase:
Log into My Time Rewards.
Open the Earnings page.
Find the Monthly Member Reward.
Select Claim Now.
Upload your purchase confirmation if required.
Claims need to be made within 30 days of the qualifying purchase.
You can also email:
monthlybonus@mytimerewards.co.uk
and include your:
name
membership number
complete purchase confirmation
My Time Rewards says an approved Monthly Member Reward generally appears within around 5–10 business days.
My Time Rewards membership cost
The exact fee applicable to your membership is shown during registration and within your Welcome Pack.
My Time Rewards currently advertises a Monthly Member Reward worth up to £180 per year, which corresponds to a maximum monthly reward of £15.
Historically, memberships have included an initial 30-day trial, followed by a recurring monthly subscription.
The programme's own help material confirms there is a monthly fee after the first 30 days, but advises members to check their individual membership details for the exact amount.
Don't assume somebody else's membership fee is necessarily identical to yours.
10% cashback at 200+ retailers
Outside the Days Out offer, My Time Rewards functions like a traditional cashback site.
It currently advertises at least 10% cashback at more than 200 retailers.
To earn cashback:
Step 1: Log into My Time Rewards.
Step 2: Search for the retailer.
Step 3: Read the retailer's special terms.
Step 4: Click through to the shop from My Time Rewards.
Step 5: Complete the purchase in the same browsing session.
Cashback is normally calculated against the net purchase price, so VAT, delivery charges and certain other costs may not earn cashback.
My Time Rewards retailer list
The retailer network is smaller than Complete Savings.
My Time Rewards currently advertises 200+ retailers, compared with more than 1,000 on some of Webloyalty's other cashback programmes.
However, it has more of a focus on leisure, entertainment and travel.
Retailers can be added or removed, so always check the My Time Rewards retailer list before purchasing.
Ticketmaster cashback
One of the standout historical My Time Rewards deals is 20% cashback at Ticketmaster.
My Time Rewards' own help material specifically promotes 20% Ticketmaster cashback alongside 10% cashback on areas including flights, hotels, car hire and health and beauty.
That can be extremely valuable on expensive concert or event tickets.
For example:
Ticketmaster spend: £200
20% cashback: £40
Potential effective cost:
£160
Retailer rates and special terms can change, so check the Ticketmaster page within My Time Rewards immediately before buying.
My Time Rewards cashback limit
You can earn up to:
£250 cashback per calendar month
across qualifying cashback activity.
This includes Days Out cashback.
There is also a separate limit on offline retailer cashback, currently £20 per calendar month.
For normal online cashback, the £250 ceiling is generous enough that most users won't encounter it.
Heavy users booking holidays, concert tickets or expensive experiences should keep an eye on it.
How My Time Rewards cashback is paid
Cashback becomes available within your account once it has been approved.
Once you have at least:
£5
available, you can transfer it to your registered bank account.
My Time Rewards says requested payments should normally reach you within 10 business days.
Can you stack My Time Rewards with voucher codes?
Sometimes.
My Time Rewards actually has its own Voucher Codes section.
Its current FAQ says you can often use one of its own voucher codes and still receive cashback, as long as you:
access the retailer through My Time Rewards
use the voucher displayed by My Time Rewards
complete the transaction in the same browsing session
External voucher codes can invalidate cashback.
This makes My Time Rewards potentially useful for cashback stacking where the retailer's terms allow it.
Does cashback track when using gift cards?
Don't assume it will.
My Time Rewards specifically warns that some retailers exclude:
gift cards
vouchers
certain payment methods
store credit
from cashback eligibility.
Check the retailer's Special Terms before purchasing.
Cashback tracking tips
For normal online cashback:
start your purchase from My Time Rewards
enable cookies
disable aggressive tracking blockers
stay within the same browser session
don't navigate through another cashback site afterwards
avoid switching to the retailer's app
check retailer-specific terms
screenshot the cashback rate before buying
My Time Rewards warns that many retailer mobile apps don't support its cashback tracking, so complete purchases through the browser unless the individual retailer says otherwise.
Is My Time Rewards legitimate?
Yes. My Time Rewards is a real cashback membership programme operated by Webloyalty.
However, the way Webloyalty memberships are marketed after online purchases has attracted significant consumer criticism.
A large number of negative reviews involve people saying they didn't realise they had agreed to a recurring subscription.
That doesn't mean the benefits aren't real.
For users deliberately joining and actively claiming the benefits, the value proposition is completely different.
The most important thing is understanding that:
My Time Rewards is a paid subscription.
If you stop using the benefits, cancel it rather than allowing the membership fee to continue indefinitely.
You can currently cancel:
through your online Profile
by email
by phone
by post
and My Time Rewards states that cancellation itself is free.
My Time Rewards vs Complete Savings
They look similar on the surface, but we'd use them for slightly different things.
Complete Savings is stronger as an all-round cashback platform because of its much larger retailer network.
My Time Rewards becomes particularly interesting for:
days out
spa bookings
attractions
experiences
Ticketmaster
travel
leisure spending
The Days Out scheme is the major difference.
A 25% cashback offer or genuine 2 for 1 spa booking can save considerably more than you'd make from an ordinary cashback transaction.
Is My Time Rewards worth it?
For someone who never books attractions or shops at its participating retailers, probably not.
For an active user, however, it can be extremely good.
The ideal strategy is:
Claim your Monthly Member Reward every month.
Use My Time Rewards whenever its cashback rate beats alternatives.
Check the Days Out benefit whenever booking a UK attraction or experience.
Use the 2 for 1 spa/museum offer when relevant.
Keep an eye on high-rate retailers such as Ticketmaster.
Cancel if you stop getting value from it.
If the Monthly Member Reward effectively reimburses the membership cost, the remaining cashback and Days Out savings become much more attractive.
Our verdict
My Time Rewards is arguably more interesting than it first appears.
The standard 10% cashback is already competitive, but the reason we'd consider keeping the membership is the Days Out benefit.
Being able to potentially claim:
25% cashback on a zoo, theme park or activity
or:
50% back through a 2 for 1 spa booking
can produce substantial savings from a single purchase.
The main drawback is the subscription model and the slightly unusual signup process.
As with Complete Savings and NX Rewards, the best way to use My Time Rewards is actively: claim the Monthly Member Reward, check the programme before making large purchases, and don't keep paying for the subscription if you're no longer using it.
