PayPal – Get £15 Cashback When You Spend £100

PayPal has launched a new cashback promotion giving eligible UK customers £15 FREE cashback when they spend £100 or more using PayPal Pay in 30 Days or Pay in 3 for the first time.

The best part? You don't need to be a new PayPal customer! Existing users can qualify, provided they've never previously completed a Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 Days transaction.

The £15 reward is paid directly into your PayPal balance, meaning you can withdraw it to your bank account rather than being restricted to spending it with PayPal.

The promotion runs from 2 November 2026 until 7 January 2027, although it may end earlier once 140,000 eligible customers have earned their rewards.

How Does the PayPal £15 Cashback Offer Work?

PayPal is rewarding customers who try one of its Pay Later payment methods for the first time.

To qualify, you must make a single purchase of at least £100 using either Pay in 30 Days or Pay in 3.

Both options offer interest-free borrowing, subject to approval.

• Pay in 30 Days: Buy now and pay the full amount 30 days after the retailer processes your order.
• Pay in 3: Split your purchase into three interest-free instalments, with the first payment due at checkout.

For example, if you spend exactly £100 using Pay in 30 Days, you'll repay £100 after 30 days, with no PayPal interest or repayment fees.

You'll then receive £15 cashback into your PayPal balance 35 days after the qualifying purchase, subject to verification.

That effectively works out as 15% cashback on a £100 purchase.

You can also repay early without any additional charges.

Where Can You Find the £15 Cashback Offer?

Unlike some PayPal promotions, you don't need to enter a promotional code or activate a reward beforehand.

Instead, the cashback offer appears directly on the PayPal checkout screen when you select an eligible Pay Later payment method.

We've personally checked the offer at Ralph Lauren, where PayPal displayed the following:

Pay in 30 Days — £100.00 on 2 Dec. No late fees, 0% APR. £15 cashback.

This confirms the £15 cashback promotion is being displayed for at least some eligible customers at checkout.

You should always check that the £15 cashback message appears on your own PayPal checkout screen before proceeding, as availability and approval aren't guaranteed.

Can You Get the £15 Without Spending Any Extra Money?

The best way to benefit from this promotion is to use it for something you were already planning to purchase.

For example, if you were planning to spend £100 on Christmas presents, clothes or household essentials, you could potentially earn £15 cashback by choosing PayPal Pay Later instead of your usual payment method.

There's no need to spend an additional £100 just to claim the reward.

However, the promotion requires a genuine qualifying purchase, so you cannot simply buy something, claim the cashback and return the item.

PayPal's terms explicitly state that refunded, returned or cancelled purchases don't qualify.

We also haven't confirmed whether gift-card purchases are eligible, so we wouldn't recommend relying on them for this promotion.

Who Is Eligible for the £15 PayPal Reward?

To qualify, you must:

• Be aged 18 or over.
• Be a UK resident.
• Hold a UK personal PayPal account in good standing.
• Never have previously completed a PayPal Pay in 3 or Pay in 30 Days transaction.
• Be approved for the relevant Pay Later payment method.
• Make a single eligible purchase of at least £100 during the promotion.
• See the cashback offer presented at checkout.

Importantly, you can already have an established PayPal account.

The requirement is that you're a new Pay Later customer, not necessarily a new PayPal customer.

Each eligible person can receive the £15 reward once.

When Will PayPal Pay the £15 Cashback?

PayPal states that the cashback will be credited 35 days after the qualifying purchase, once the relevant conditions have been verified.

The reward will appear as cash in your PayPal balance.

You can then:

• Withdraw the £15 to your linked bank account.
• Keep the money in your PayPal balance.
• Use it towards a future PayPal purchase.

There's no minimum withdrawal amount or cashback expiry period specified for the reward.

Successful participants should also receive an email confirming their reward is available.

Does PayPal Pay in 30 Days Charge Interest or Fees?

No. PayPal Pay in 30 Days has a 0% interest rate, with no fees for entering into the agreement or repaying early.

There are also no PayPal late fees, although missing payments can negatively affect your credit record and make future borrowing more difficult or expensive.

Remember, Pay in 30 Days is a credit agreement, not free money upfront. Only use it if you can comfortably afford the full purchase.

When Does the Offer End?

The PayPal £15 cashback promotion began on 2 November 2026 and is scheduled to end on 7 January 2027 at 11:59pm GMT.

However, the offer is restricted to the first 140,000 eligible participants who earn the reward.

PayPal also reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion.

For this reason, we'd recommend checking the £15 cashback message is still displayed at checkout before making a purchase.

Is the PayPal £15 Cashback Offer Worth It?

If you're already planning a purchase of £100 or more, this could be a useful opportunity to earn an additional £15 cashback.

We particularly like that the reward is paid as real PayPal cash, rather than a voucher or promotional credit with spending restrictions.

However, we wouldn't recommend making an unnecessary purchase just to qualify.

Our verdict: A worthwhile cashback offer for eligible PayPal users who have a genuine £100+ purchase planned and can comfortably afford the repayments.
