Monthly Fee
These fees are both waived each month when you use the sites to make a purchase (see ‘Claiming Your Monthly Bonus’ below).
NX Rewards: £15/month
Complete Savings: £18/month
Both offer a free 30-day trial
Sign-Up Offers
Both NX Rewards and Complete Savings offer lucrative sign-up bonuses designed to entice new users, often making the first month not just free, but profitable. NX Rewards typically gives £16.87 cashback when you make your first qualifying purchase, which must be a National Express ticket. A common hack is to buy a cheap £2.60 ticket from London Victoria to Golders Green to trigger the bonus (or an alternative journey).
Complete Savings offers a £20.87welcome bonus when you sign up and complete another purchase on the same retailer's site you signed up with, as long as it's made through the Complete Savings shopping gateway.
Both platforms usually come with a 30-day free trial, giving users a chance to earn the bonus without an upfront cost.

Known Issues & Drawbacks
The "Set & Forget" Danger
Some users forget to claim their bonuses or cancel after the free trial—and lose money.
Others report cashback not tracking or bonus claims going unprocessed.
Always screenshot your purchases and emails as proof.
